Mapes Porcelain finish can be applied to any of the Mapes panel products. Porcelain is a vitreous permanent finish that is fused to the base metal at a temperature of over 1000°F. This fusion process creates a surface that is highly resistant to abrasion and abuse. The finish is colorfast and will not chip, spall, crack or craze. Mapes porcelain is corrosion and acid resistant and can be used in both interior and exterior applications.
